EASY, Delicious Salsa

Better than restaurant quality salsa in 15 minutes?!?!?! Yes, it is possible!

You can make fresh, delicious salsa that tastes better than any salsa you can get from a jar, and even as good as your favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. Quick and easy - no food processor needed.


Easy, Delicious Salsa


Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced small

  • 2-3 large jalapenos, cut in half, with top/stem, core and seeds removed

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 1 medium onion, diced small

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. Prep ingredients as described and combine with crushed tomatoes in a medium-sized bowl with crushed tomatoes.

  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime and stir.

  3. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.

*If you wish to use a food processor, you can pulse ingredients to a rough chop consistency. Be careful not to over-process!
